HANDMADE KNIVES
ABOUT THE KNIFEMAKER

THE SHARP END OF THE KNIFE
When I was five years old I received 1 pound for my birthday. I walked barefoot to town where I saw a knife in a shop window. The knife was a bit more than the pound I had but I must have looked so forelorn that the shop owner accepted my pound in exchange for the knife.
I was so proud of my knife walking home, my mother took one look at the knife and took it off me. My revenge... I made my own... using a broom handle I cut a slot in it, slid a piece of metal into the slit and tied it with rope.... the feeling I got after making my first knife was indescribable, I still get that feeling every time I create a new knife.
My style and materials may have changed a little since those day, I now make beautiful high quality custom handmade knives. Wether you want a Carbon Steele, Stainless Steel or Damascus Steel blade with a G10, Horn or Solid Treated Wood handle, I can make you a masterpiece that will be the pride of your collection.
